Ms. Leach has been a key figure in the Work/Employment Services Division of RTR, Inc. throughout its history. She has been in her current role since 1994. She is highly regarded for her straight-forward approach and 'can do' attitude, particularly when it comes to finding effective strategies for serving consumers with challenging needs. She holds a Bachelor's degree from Fitchburg State College.
