Richard Holbert, BS, Assistant Vice President, Residential Services - 781-536-3230
Mr. Holbert has been a member of the Residential Management team throughout RTR's history. Over the years he has developed expertise in serving individuals with severe behavioral and emotional challenges and has been instrumental in the success of specialty residential programs here that are highly regarded by state officials and other professionals. Rich holds a BS in Special Education and Physical Education from Westfield State College.
