Monday - Friday
Provide general nursing care. Coordinate medical care with each recipients primary care provider. Administer medication, maintain documentation for the individuals condition and progress notes, reaction to drugs, medical incidents, and treatments. Provide oversight to maintenance-therapy treatment. Respond to life saving situations. Monitor vital signs. Maintain awareness of comfort and safety needs. Participate in quality improvement activities. Maintain communication of relevant healthcare to professionals and family/guardian.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree and a minimum of one year working as an RN in a community health setting. Valid Registered Nurse Certification. Computer literacy, maintain valid drivers license.

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent and at least 5 years of finance experience, preferably in the non-profit sector. Thorough familiarity of GAAP, non-profit accounting standards as well as relevant state and federal regulations. Supervisory experience. The ability to work as part of a dynamic management team with a related ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent time management skills.

JOB DUTIES: Reviewing, updating and maintaining the integrity of the corporation's general ledger. Directly supervises all of the members of the Finance Department with the exception of the AVP of Budgets and Contracts. Also supervises the IT Director. Prepares and presents all financial reports to the Board of Directors, President/CEO and the senior management team. Works closely with the corporation's Independent Auditor and is responsible for developing the financial documents necessary for the annual audit and for the preparation of the corporation's Uniform Financial Report (UFR). Preparation of all IRS, MA Department of Revenue or Secretary of State documentation as necessary to maintain the company's 501(c)3 status.

Provide support, evaluation and treatment for adults with developmental disabilities at a Day Habilitation Program. Provide direct care in a 1:1 or group setting. Write daily logs, develop member skills such as self-care, self-preservation, expressive communication, and activities for daily living. Implement therapy and medical objectives. Serve as an appropriate role model in a consistently positive manner. Implement behavior plan modification including physical intervention. Assist with personal care. Requires at least one year of previous direct care employment experience at a community mental retardation facility. Case Manager/Direct Care
Assist the residents with daily activities such as scheduling and attendance of social activities, medical appointments, meetings, and other community events. General household tasks and assistance with their personal care. Develop and implement behavior plan intervention strategies which could include physical restraint. Good writing and communication skills needed to write reports, attend and participate in meetings and maintain positive interaction with team members. Maintain a valid driver's license. Shift schedules vary and may include hospital and rehab stays at off-site locations.
