Hello. My name is Debra Stanley and I am the Vice-President of Marketing for Road To Responsibility (RTR), one of the largest non-profit agencies that provides employment to over 400 adults with disabilities in 7 workshops throughout southeastern Massachusetts. We are licensed by the state of Massachusetts to pay sub-minimum wages, as the people we support get paid by the piece. We currently work with approximately 200 renowned companies throughout the New England area doing assembly, kitting, packaging, bulk mailings, etc. We currently work with several tool and die companies packaging screws, nuts and bolts, putting them into poly bags and heat sealing the bags. With Production Managers and supervisors in each location, we can save you money and time using our services. We pay our clients direct and bill you a per piece rate. Best of all, we provide free pick up and delivery of all work. Your work can be performed for a fraction of the cost to have it done in-house or by an outside private vendor. We have customers in the bio-medical, first aid, tool and die, technology, banking, manufacturing, advertising, food, apparel, and financial fields, to name a few.
