RESIDENTIAL SERVICES

CASE MANAGERS:  Work in conjunction with Program Managers to provide support, evaluation, and treatment to individuals with developmental disabilities living in a residential setting.

LEAD CASE MANAGERS: Act as part of a team responsible for the support, evaluation, and treatment of adults with developmental disabilities living in a residential setting. Perform all case management and operational duties assigned by the Program Manager.

PROGRAM MANAGERS: Senior members of team responsible for the support, evaluation, and treatment of adults with developmental disabilities living in a residential setting. Supervise, evaluate, and train staff. Oversee clinical and administrative services and related paperwork. Coordinate daily schedule of program operation. Provide shift coverage as needed.

VOCATIONAL SERVICES

EMPLOYMENT SPECIALISTS: Work in conjunction with Case Managers and Marketing Department to provide vocational training, work opportunities, and related activities to individuals with developmental disabilities.

DAY HABILITATION SERVICES

PARAPROFESSIONALS: Work in conjunction with Case Managers to provide support, evaluation, and treatment of individuals with developmental disabilities in a therapeutic Day Habilitation setting. Emphasis placed on developing opportunities in the community to enhance and encourage personal enrichment.

Experience a plus, but not necessary. Full training will be provided to applicants with a solid work history and strong employment references. Day, evening and/or weekend hours available.
