The Ocean Village Ventures
Road to Responsibility, Inc. took a revolutionary step in 1992, purchasing the Ocean Village Motor Inn in Marshfield, MA: a nonprofit human service agency daring to operate a real business, subject to the market, employing individuals with disabilities in real jobs with benefits, opportunities, and a future. Our goal is simple: Road to Responsibility’s Ocean Village Ventures plans to continue to opens small businesses. These businesses will receive no government funding: they will be self-supporting; they will create real jobs for real people with real needs; they will educate the public about the enormous potential of individuals with disabilities and Road to Responsibility’s mission in the community.
