Our Mission
The Mission of Road To Responsibility, Inc. (RTR) is to transform the lives of people with disabilities and their families through the services we provide, the relationships we form, and our advocacy efforts locally, statewide, and nationally. In this way, we are “Making Lives Better” every day while helping those we serve establish inclusive, meaningful lives in the community.
We envision a future in which all adults with disabilities have the means, opportunity, and support necessary to take their rightful place as productive members of the community.

Advocacy
We advocate on behalf of ALL persons with disabilities for advancements to quality of life and community inclusion, and for the human services workforce to be given the professional recognition they deserve.
Innovation
We are committed to utilizing and applying new scientific understandings, technologies, and processes to foster personal growth, increase independence, and continually elevate the lives we touch. In doing so, we are best able to meet the needs of all persons with disabilities, regardless of the complexity of their needs.
Support
We are committed to providing support to our Members that is person-centered, reflecting their unique needs and personal goals, and done in a caring, compassionate manner with a “trauma-informed” perspective.
