    Throughout her career, Kelly held numerous leadership roles at State Street Global Advisors in Boston and Hong Kong where was the head of Asia ex-Japan. She also built and led State Street’s independent fiduciary business, overseeing retirement plan investments in 401(k) plans and employee stock ownership plans. Kelly has also served on the Boards and Advisory Board of several fintech companies

    Education: L.L.M. in Banking Law from Boston University School of Law, a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School and a B.A. from the Catholic University of America.

    Paul dedicated 35 years to public education, serving as a fifth-grade teacher for 25 years before spending the next decade as an elementary school principal. His lifelong commitment to education, leadership, and helping others continues through his service on the Road to Responsibility Board of Directors.

    Why I serve on the RTR Board: “It is deeply humbling to serve on the RTR board and help ensure adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities have the resources and opportunities they deserve to live full, meaningful lives. I do this for RTR and my niece Jamie, who has IDD and inspires me everyday.

    Chief Commercial Banking Officer, South Shore Bank

    Stephen DiPrete is Chief Commercial Banking Officer at South Shore Bank, where he leads the Bank’s commercial banking team and portfolio growth. He brings more than 30 years of banking experience, specializing in Commercial Banking and Treasury Management solutions for businesses and real estate investors. Prior to joining South Shore Bank in 2020, he spent 16 years at Eastern Bank.

    Stephen serves on the Board of Directors of the South Shore Chamber of Commerce and is Treasurer of Road to Responsibility. He resides in Foxboro with his wife and three daughters.
