Yes. RTR Career Specialists work closely with individuals to identify their skills, interests, and employment goals. They also partner with local businesses to match individuals with meaningful job opportunities and help employers meet workforce needs.
Referrals to employment services are made through the Department of Developmental Services (DDS) Massachusetts Commission for the Blind (MCB), and MassAbility.

Yes. RTR partners with local employers throughout the region to help connect Members with meaningful employment opportunities that match their skills, interests, and goals.

Item descriptionEmployment Career Services supports individuals referred through DDS, MCB, or MassAbility. Participants must be at least 22 years old, unless referred through MassAbility Transition Services, which serves individuals ages 14–21. The level and hours of support provided are determined by each individual’s funding source.
