Christopher T. White, Ed.D.

Dr. White was named President and Chief Executive Officer for Road To Responsibility, Inc. (RTR) in September 2008. He has been active in the field of human services since 1980. Under his experienced leadership, RTR has grown more than 30% between 2008 and 2015 and continues to be recognized as one of the top provider organizations in the state.
Dr. White also serves on the Board of Directors for the MA Council of Human Service Providers (The Provider’s Council) and is on the Executive Board for the Association of Developmental Disabilities Providers (ADDP). As one of the original members of the President’s National Task Group on Dementia, Dr. White is regularly invited to speak at national and regional conferences. In 1982, Dr. White received his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Bridgewater State College (now University). He went on to Harvard University and earned his Master’s degree in Counseling and Consulting Psychology in 1984.
Dr. White received his Doctorate in Leadership: Counseling Psychology in 1992 from Northeastern University and is a licensed Psychologist and Health Services Provider in Massachusetts. Dr. White served as an Adjunct Professor in the Graduate Program of Counseling and Applied Psychology at Northeastern University from September 1994 until September 2014. There, he taught a variety of clinical courses, including two courses which he developed for the department for Core Clinical Skills and Brief Therapies.

Rich has over 30 years of experience in the human service field. As part of the Road To Responsibility, Inc. (RTR) team, he is known for his work with clinically involved individuals. Rich also serves as RTR’s Special Olympics Basketball coach, where he enjoys helping the individuals RTR supports thrive on the basketball court.

Jackie first joined the Road To Responsibility, Inc. (RTR) team in 2002 and returned in 2005. She brought with her over 25 years of human service experience and 7 years of business experience. During her time at RTR, she held a number of management positions. She was promoted to Vice President of Day Services in May 2013. Jackie earned her Master’s degree in Family Counseling from Eastern Nazarene College.

Kathleen joined the Road To Responsibility, Inc. (RTR) team over 25 years ago. As Vice President of Finance, she brings with her a strong background in strategic financial planning. Her financial knowledge and dedication to making a difference in the lives of others have made her a valuable part of RTR’s senior management team.

Jing has been with Road To Responsibility, Inc. (RTR) since 2005. As Vice President of Human Resources and part of the senior management team, Jing is responsible for creating workforce strategies, employee retention and organizational development. Jing is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the New England Human Resources Association (NEHRA). She earned her Master of Business degree from the University of San Francisco.

Kathy Bracchi

Kathy started working with adults and children with I/DD in 1991 while attending University of Maryland at College Park for another career entirely. She fell in love with the people and the work and knew she had found her vocation! She started at RTR in 1997 and has held many different positions within the agency, from Direct Support Professional to Residential Director, and currently leads the Quality and Training Department.
She is passionate about helping Direct Support Professionals achieve the skills and knowledge they need to provide meaningful services that embody the principles of Positive Behavior Support for the individuals. She facilitates the Management Training Institute, an internal staff development program, and is a strong advocate for RTR’s DEI initiatives. She serves as RTR’s Human Rights Coordinator and works closely with our Human Rights Officers and community volunteers on the Human Rights Committee to ensure that everyone is treated with respect and dignity in all aspects of their lives.
Kathy earned a Bachelor of Arts in Russian Language and Literature from the University of Maryland in 1993, and a Master of Education in Applied Behavior Analysis and Autism Studies from Endicott College in 2022. She is a proud veteran of the U.S. Air Force and served in the Electronic Security Command from 1982 through 1991.

Dineen Caruso

Dineen joined the Road To Responsibility, Inc. (RTR) team in 1996. She started out working in Productions and was transferred to the Finance department after one year. She currently serves as the Assistance Vice President of Finance. Dineen has a strong passion for RTR’s mission. Part of her responsibility is to work with state contracts, and she is excited to see the changes that have allowed RTR to upgrade the services we provide.

Stacey MacMillan

Stacey MacMillan has dedicated her career to the human services field since 1996, building extensive experience in supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental needs. She joined RTR in 2003 and has held a variety of positions within the residential department, from Direct Support Professional to AVP of Residential Services.
In 2017, Stacey transitioned into the role of Residential Behavioral Clinician, where she combined her operational expertise with her clinical knowledge to enhance RTR’s Positive Behavioral Supports (PBS). She remains committed to providing person-centered, evidence-based services and fostering professional development in her current position as the AVP of the Clinical Department.
Stacey earned a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Bridgewater State University (formerly Bridgewater State College) and a Master’s of Education in Applied Behavior Analysis and Autism studies from Endicott College.

Lisa Page joined RTR in 2010 and is the Assistant Vice-President for Residential Services. Lisa is skilled at cultivating relationships, managing large teams, managing complex programs, and creating a positive and collegial environment. In her current position, she focuses on improving systems and the sustainability of program operations for 15 residential programs. Beginning as an Employment Specialist of Day Services, to Residential Manager and later as a Residential Director, Lisa managed a large team of individuals who supported people with disabilities. With increasing levels of responsibility, Lisa assumed the role of Assistant Vice-President for Residential Services. Lisa earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of Massachusetts in Boston with a concentration in human relations and work.

Melissa has been with Road To Responsibility, Inc. (RTR) since 1992. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Salve Regina University and her Master’s degree in Social Work from Boston College. She also earned a certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from Endicott College. Melissa grew up with a family member who has a disability. She credits her family for providing examples of unconditional love and support, and she continues to pull from that experience in her work within the day habilitation community. In her free time, Melissa enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Cindy has over 30 years of experience in the human service field, most of which was part of the Road To Responsibility, Inc. (RTR) team. She has held positions in both Residential and Day services. Her goal oriented and mission focused mindset has helped RTR continue to improve our services. She enjoys sharing her experience and education to help other live meaningful lives. Cindy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Bridgewater State University. She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in ABA and Autism Studies at Endicott College.

Kesha has been working at Road to Responsibility since 2007. She offers oversight to several clinical residential placement programs, and acts as a liason, advocate, and support for individuals with developmental disabilities to truly live in the community. Through her efforts at Road to Responsibility, she is able to improve the lives of many people, no matter their background. Kesha holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a minor in Information Systems. As a result of her computer-related background, Kesha has introduced some technological innovations that have improved the quality of care while also increasing the independence of the people served, helping them to engage in the community in numerous ways. She is currently pursuing her M.ED at Endicott College.

With over 20 years of experience in the health and human services field, Jessica brings a deep commitment to supporting individuals. She began her career in direct care, here at RTR in 2002, gaining first hand experience working closely with individuals and understanding their unique needs. In 2011, she returned to RTR as a Residential Director, where she led programs focused on providing high-quality, person-centered support. In 2014, she transitioned into the Training and Quality Department as a Residential Monitor, further expanding her impact by ensuring best practices, compliance, and continuous improvement across services. In 2024, Jessica was promoted to Assistant Vice President, reflecting her dedication, leadership and long-standing commitment to excellence in care.

Erin Cohen

Erin Cohen started her work in the non-profit field during her time at Framingham State University. She worked as an intern at the American Cancer Society then worked her way up through the organization directly after graduation. She’s held several different roles since then, planning fundraising events, cultivating donors, and stewarding relationships with community partners. Erin started at Road to Responsibility in September of 2019. She has years of experience in non-profit development and a passion for the work that RTR does. Erin holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and is a member of several community networking groups and chambers of commerce.
