Welcome, Taciana, AVP Career Services

Road to Responsibility is pleased to welcome Taciana Ribeiro Saab as our new Assistant Vice President of Career Services.

In this newly created role, Taciana will help strengthen and expand RTR’s career services, building workforce pathways and employer partnerships that create meaningful employment opportunities for the individuals we support.

Taciana brings more than 20 years of experience advancing inclusive employment and workforce development. Most recently, she served as Project Director at New England ADA, where she led participatory action research focused on disability, race, and trust in communities of color. She previously served as Program Director at the Boston Center for Independent Living and as Workforce Development Director at Triangle, Inc., where her work helped advance career opportunities for hundreds of individuals with disabilities.
